Due to the nature of our products (handmade, personal fragrance items), we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
If there is an issue with your order such as:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged
- Your package is missing
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Refunds are issued only if the error is on our end.
